LiLO Live User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and LiLO Live ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services.


1. Scope of Services

1.1 Services Offered:

  • LiLO Live provides live streaming, messaging, content creation, and value-added services via its mobile apps, websites, and other platforms (collectively referred to as "Services").
  • Features include, but are not limited to, live broadcast hosting, user interactions, virtual currency, and content sharing.

1.2 Access and Use:

  • Services are provided exclusively through official LiLO Live platforms. Any unauthorized modification, distribution, or access to our services constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

1.3 Third-Party Access:

  • Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook). Your use of these integrations is governed by their respective terms of service.

2. User Eligibility

2.1 Age Restrictions:

  • You must be at least 18 years old or obtain the explicit consent of a parent or guardian if you are a minor.

2.2 Account Registration:

  • You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Account security, including the confidentiality of login credentials, is your responsibility.

2.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in the following:

  • LiLO Live reserves the right to review, remove, or restrict content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws.

  • LiLO Live does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to services.

7.2 User Responsibility:

  • You assume all risks associated with using the platform. LiLO Live is not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized account access.

8. Termination

8.1 Account Suspension:

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating this Agreement or engaging in prohibited activities.

8.2 Service Discontinuation:

  • LiLO Live may modify or discontinue services at its discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your region. In case of disputes, the courts of your jurisdiction will have exclusive authority.
